1 Tablespoon fresh grated ginger root
4 and a half cups boiling water
Honey or sugar to taste (optional)
Directions: Pour water over ginger root allowing it to steep for 4-5 minutes.
Strain out the ginger, and slowly sip tea. Save the unused tea in refrigerator. Drink hot or cold.
